No, seriously. The College enlistment dodging, war supporting, Yellow Elephant Republicans are organizing buses to Connecticut to help support Rape Gurney Joe. And, it should be noted, Lieberman’s campaign is finding accomodations for them, thus Lieberman is effectively hiring the College Republicans. Amazing.

What more reason could one need to support Ned Lamont?

The progressive movement and the netroots have the Establishment scared out of their pants. The big media, the big Dem fatcat donors, the beltway… they’re all terrified of us and of what the Lamont campaign means… for them and their pocketbooks. Lieberman’s pulling in $100K/day to Lamont’s $10k or so. If Lamont wins, it will be a victory for we, the People.
Not to get too maudlin or anything, but who doesn’t love the feelgood story of a multimultimillionaire taking on an incumbent multimillionaire senator and with the support of thousands of people he doesn’t interract with frequently … and beating that incumbent? Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, huh?
Hey, at least this person of power is using it for some good in the world.
